Depending on your location your purchase will be shipped via Local Courier or Australia Post Satchel with tracking number.
RETURNS POLICY
As coffee is greatly affected when exposed to heat, light and oxygen, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the effects weather and temperature conditions may cause if your package is held up in transit, or left exposed due to collection delays.
